-Wife and I went for the BBQ event. The pulled pork and brisket were first rate. The Flight 100 excellent. I am an IPA person and also like the 32958 IPA. Beer and Cheese dip with pretzel a must have for us. Nice place that Sebastian residents should be enthusiastic about.

-We walked into this place with my 11 month old a little after 9pm and the staff was so friendly and welcoming.The beers are great, fun atmosphere, and good live music. Great little treasure in Sebastian.

-We love Pareidolia Brewing! A place for great beer, great food, and great people.

-Excellent brewery and I have been to a ton all over the USA and Europe. It was great to find this one that is so close to our Florida home. The brewmaster knows his stuff and all the styles he brews are dead on. Makes great use of the hop.
